We are getting countless messages asking "where are the plows?" Unfortunately, Fall River received more snow yesterday than in 1978, so even the plows are having issues. Per a follower, here's video of one vehicle trying to help another on Palmer Street at 9:44am yesterday. They both didn’t get help until about 2:46pm. We have recieved a lot of reports of people being stuck in their vehicles for hours. Please have patience folks. | Fall River Reporter
