Easy Roasted Potatoes 1. take 2-3 pound Russet potatoes and chop into small cubes. Toss with a couple tablespoons of oil. Season however you’d like. I used a packet of ranch seasoning and 1-2 teaspoons of slap ya mama seasoning. 2. Spread those out on a sheet pan. 3. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes- 1 hour or until crispy.
