Day 1250 in a row. No days off. Today was a Friday chest day and I started with incline bench inside the smith machine. I created a little circuit where I add 25lb plates to each side and hit 10 reps. I go all the way up until I can no longer hit 10 and then I do a massive drop set all the way back down to 1 25lb plate. Then it was time to hit the bench machine before doing incline squeeze press. After the squeeze press I hit low flys and then finished the workout with a superset of flat presses
