Study: Coffee and tea linked to lower dementia risk
A major new study published in JAMA suggests that moderate consumption of coffee and tea may be linked to a lower risk of dementia. Researchers followed more than 130,000 adults for decades and found that people who drank caffeinated coffee and tea had a lower risk of developing dementia compared to those who drank little or none.
