A hazmat crew is cleaning up a crude oil spill in West Plano following a multi-vehicle crash at Spring Creek and Windhaven parkways.
The Canyon Spirit train struck a semi-tanker on Wednesday morning, causing it to spill about 6,000 gallons of oil near Rifle.
Hazmat crews are working to prevent the oil from going down storm drains. White Rock Creek runs through the area.
The crash happened along Highway 6 near Mile Pond Road in Rifle.
